FRAME ALIGNMENT TOOL 2.0

The second version of our frame alignment tool machined by the very talented Mark Bentley of Bentley components to ensure the highest possible quality.

The most useful and versatile tool you will find for building predictably straight frames.

Designed to be adaptable

  • It can be used as a hard stop for stays in jigs and fixtures

  • To check alignment of other fixtures or tooling

  • Hold bridges and other small parts when welding or brazing

  • Check tyre clearance

  • Measure frame deflection after heat works

2.0 FEATURES

  • Sliding arm on stainless runners that allows for use on frames to suit wheel sizes from 24” to 36”

  • Quick release clamps

  • Compatible with Paragon 1” indexing and .750” non-indexing dummy axles by using the supplied reducing shims. 120mm axle spacing and above.

  • - Can be used both in and out of fixtures and jigs. Compatible with Anvil, TBA and Cobra mitreing jigs and frame fixtures

  • Machined scale

  • Anodised

  • V groove on top of tool to align seat tube relative to axle. Also allows the accurate holding of bridges even with a mudguard boss in place and verifying alignment of other fixtures.

  • Tapped and bored holes on the sliding arm to allow the addition of your own design of  tyre spacers or other tools. (We are developing dummy tyre profiles)

For UDH builds please use Paragon Machine Works 1” or .750” axles along with UDH adaptors FT1173 or FT1162. Not compatible with 1.125” dummy axles.
